Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for undamaged items. You have up to 14 days to initiate the returns process. Customers are responsible for all return costs, including insurance, handling and freight. To initiate a return, contact customer care at (786)488-9960 anytime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST) Monday – Friday. Or email us anytime at sales@fuselart.com

Every unit shipped to our customers goes through a rigorous quality control inspection which include pictures and inspection report prior to shipment.  If a unit arrives showing physical damage due to transport Fuselart will not be responsible for the repair, replacement or refund of these items. We strongly recommend our customers to insure their shipments to avoid losses.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. . Shipping costs are non refundable.  If you are approved, then your refund (minus the shipping cost) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days or item received.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fuselart LLC   8253 NW 70th street Miami FL 33166  Shipping and other associated return costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
